Instructions for Authors

SUBMITTING A PAPER

In order for a paper to be considered for publication, it must be prepared according to the guidelines of this Journal. If the paper does not meet the criteria, the Editor may reject it without further explanation. The Serbian Journal of the Medical Chamber does not charge authors or any third party for publication. Both manuscript submission and processing services and article publishing services are free of charge. There are no hidden costs whatsoever. Papers are submitted electronically and the submission should include the appropriates certificates.

AUTHOR'S RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Authors are obliged to give statement in accordance with the Creative Commons Attribution License 4.0 (CC BY).

Authors should disclose in their manuscript any financial or other substantive conflict of interest that might have influenced the presented results or their interpretation.

It is the responsibility of each author to ensure that manuscripts submitted to the Serbian Journal of the Medical Chamber are written in accordance with ethical standards (The Declaration of Helsinki, The Basel Declaration, Good Laboratory Practice, Good Clinical Practice, ICMJE guidelines).

PLAGIARISM

Every manuscript submitted for publication in the Journal is vetted (using the iThenticate plagiarism checker software). Plagiarism entails the verbatim copying of another person’s words or other forms of creative expression and passing them off as one’s one, which is serious violation of scientific and publishing ethics.

Every manuscript determined to be a plagiarism will be rejected, and every plagiarized paper that is published in the Journal will be retracted, in line with the Retraction of Published Papers procedure.
